Arad Chamber Theatre (Romania) – MASZK Association (Szeged) – Bakelit Multi Art Center (Budapest): sex, drugs, gods & rock ’n’ roll - „a radical stand up tragedy”
Performed by: Harsányi Attila Translated by: Fekete Réka Light: Cornel Dume, Ioan Horga Sound: Gheorghe Muresan Directed by: Tapasztó Ernő in 75%
Ernő Tapasztó’s direction is a shamelessly hip madness and an existential debate at the same time. It is a lawsuit with God and a well-prepared plaintiff. All three figures played by Attila Harsányi are well-chosen and built up with brilliant gestures. The debate attacking the foundations of faith is embarrassing, sharp and thoroughly developed. After its premiere in 2014, the performance was invited to several Hungarian and Romanian festivals, and in 2015 received the Award for Best Male Actor at “Davila-Interfest” Festival (Romania) and the Award for Best Monodrama at MOST FESZT (Hungary).
