Jami District, directed by well-known Serbian director Kokan Mladenović, addresses the concept of nation and national identity in modern society. In the form of a fake documentary, it is based on an imaginary, but possible event: in a village on the border between Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, scientists discover a Paleolithic settlement, which triggers a series of absurd and cataclysmic events in the region.
