“The horsemeat sausages wanted it to happen. And so did the liver pâtés and the bacons. They saved me, they helped me feel human again.”
One fine day, the young writer from Budapest makes two decisions: to be single and to become a butcher. To bring some colour into his life. He jumps into the depths of Budapest and its central food market. For a while, everything works really well...
The stage adaptation of Márton Gerlóczy’s novel is performed by the talented young actor, András Ötvös, with special appearances by sausages, liver pâtés and bacons.
