“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
Confucius

This contemporary dance performance is looking for common points of contact between the language and the behavioural patterns of artists with different background and culture. The French, Italian, Romanian and Hungarian artists of this international collaboration try to find out how it is possible to create a common theatrical language taking both the traditional theatrical environment and the contemporary attitude as a starting point. They are exploring the new ways and the similarities appearing in their means of expression through a three-step structure, that is, the consecutive phases of communication including non-verbal channels, dance/movement and sign language.

The creators examine how we can get in touch with each other in a new environment using different means of expression. Sign language differs in every country; the interpretation of the same text varies in each and every language. They look for ways through different exercises to create dialogues with dance and to communicate smoothly in the established structure. And they also show how the opposite sexes form a relationship.

The title refers to the moment when people coming from different cultures forget about their background and their language and simply give way to human values. The artists emphasize the importance of these values by means of dance and movement and they also try to understand each other by creating a new and advanced theatrical language.
