With gestures abstracted from women’s everyday situations, living female sculptures in versatile costumes reform themselves and their relations again and again in the performance. They re-arrange the view of the scene with displacements in different rhythms, persistently but unexpectedly.
The Living Picture Theatre creates visual and interdisciplinary theatre performances and living exhibitions, with a novel perspective to form and content and an emphasis on the role of imagination.
